Sensei Brad's Tri Valley Community Center Class

Sensei Brad "With my most sincere wishes, I would like to welcome all students, both new and existing, and both young and old, to join me. Allow me to help you in your journey to advance your mind and your body through Coszacks Karate."

In March of 2004, I placed a phone call to Master C. Jefferey Hardwick concerning his karate club. I joined Coszacks Karate the following Monday not knowing that it would change my life. I began my journey to aquire the knowledge and skills that Master Hardwick and the other Black Belts would provide me. I knew I would press myself to learn the skillset to fight and defend myself. What I didn't know was that I would develpe the ability, along with the absolute joy, of teaching our art. I also did now know that I would be creating some of the greatest friendships I would ever have. In 19 fast months, through constant instruction, private lessons, and home training with another student, I earned my First Degree Black Belt on October 15th 2005, my Second Degree Black Belt in September of 2006 and my Third Degree Black Belt on October of 2010.

Since earning my new degrees, I have continued learning and trying to master my skills under the close guidance and watchful eye of Master Hardwick. He has become more than a mentor to me. He has become a great friend, an inspiration and a model for what I strive to become through teaching Coszacks Karate. I continuously am trying to learn and improve on all Martial Arts Skills. I've also been studying the arts of Brazillian Jiu Jitsu and Capoeira, along with Mixed Martial Arts training. I practice these styles to compliment to the Coszacks Style. With the help of all the Black Belts, I have competed in many competitions at both Black Belt and under Black Belt levels. I've earned Gold, Silver and Bronze in Kata, Weapons and Kumite competitions. I've also earned various trophies in competition, including tournament Grand Champion at Master George Annarinos competition in Newark Ohio and Black Belt Grand Champion at the Zanesville Four Seasons Tournament.

Under Master Hardwick, I've instructed classes at Coszacks schools at the SEO Cheer and Tumble Center, The Barracks in Duncan Falls Ohio, Zane State Community College, and I also teach private lessons in my home dojo on a regular schedule.

With the Blessing of both Master Hardwick and Grand Master Moore, I'm beginning another class at the Tri Valley Community Center in Dresden Ohio. The center is located behind the Scotties Den on East Muskingum Avenue in Dresden Ohio. My wishes are that this school will extend us farther north, allowing even more people to benefit from learning Coszacks. I also wish that any and all existing students will feel welcome to attend this school to provide themselves with more opportunities to study our style. The classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
