The Coszacks School of self-defense is proud to announce our new video series. We are taking the Judo and Kata portions of the promotion and videoing the Senseis and Master doing the moves with explanations and also just performing the moves at normal speed. These videos will be for sale from Sensei Greg Potts. The cost per DVD (+R format) will be $10 for each disk. Each disk will contain only the NEW material for that belt color. That means if you purchase the Orange Belt disk, you will get only set B of Kata Ichi, Set Ichi and not set A, because set A is on the Yellow Belt Disk.

Since we are just starting this project only Yellow and Orange Belt DVD's are currently available. When other belt rank DVD's are available, you can check here and also an announcement will be made in class.
